About the event
The 7 main Chakras; Root, Sacrum, Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown are all important energy fields in our bodies. These energy centers are those that generate, absorb, accumulate, transform and distribute energy.
We will see how the 7 main chakras relate to our lives. We will have exercises and practices that allow us to connect with each chakra center so that we can know ourselves better. We are energetic and multidimensional beings. On our human journey we are challenged daily to engage in a process of healing and transforming the programming accumulated throughout our chakra system.
In these class we will focus on healing, forgiving and transforming to open spaces for a new energy so that we can embody a healthier and more balanced life.
