Awakened Journey Retreat

This three day, two night retreat will bring you a weekend of awareness and transformation. We will spend time in nature in beautiful Redland, FL in a provate retreat residence. All of your meals and necessities will be provided. 

Retreat Highlights:

Meditation:

- Experience guided meditative practices to cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, and heightened awareness.

- Learn techniques to manage stress and anxiety, promoting mental clarity and emotional balance.

Hypnosis:

- Explore the depths of your subconscious through hypnosis sessions designed to release limiting beliefs and patterns as you create new ones.

Holotropic Breathwork:

- Engage in traditional, water, and dancing holotropic breathwork sessions to access altered states of consciousness.

- Release emotional blockages, enhance self-awareness, and connect with your inner wisdom.

- There will be a total of three breathwork sessons.

Group Exercises

- Participate in activities that encourage self-reflection and accountability, helping you understand how you show up in your life.

Patty specializes in clinical hypnosis and breathwork, amidst other powerful modalities. As the founder of the Integrative Multi-Body Method coaching certification, her full-circle approach has helped countless individuals uncover deep insights and achieve personal breakthroughs. Patty's approach is compassionate and insightful, providing a safe space for transformation.

Monica Bermudez

Monica is a channeler and  intuitive hypnotist and Reiki practitioner. Her extensive background as a spiritual coach includes holistic practices such as holotropic breathwork, reiki  and emotional biomagnetism. Monica's intuitive abilities and empathetic guidance support individuals in healing and unlocking their true potential.
